Terms of Service – Aussie Mailbox

All plans are paid monthly via Stripe and include full access to our virtual address and mail handling service. Minimum commitment applies. After the initial term, your plan will auto-renew monthly unless you tell us otherwise.

Identity Verification
To comply with security and regulatory requirements, all customers must complete a Stripe Identity verification check before their service can be activated. Service will not commence until verification has been successfully completed. Failure to pass identity verification will result in cancellation and refund of any payment received.

 

What’s Included

• Virtual office and mailing address

• Secure mail receiving and notifications

• Up to 10 letters per month included

• Easy mail forwarding (on request)

• One authorised business per account (add more for $20/month each)

 

Fair Use & Mail Forwarding
We include receiving up to 10 letters per month. Additional mail is charged as follows:

• Letters over the limit: $1.50 each

• Packages: $2.00 each

• Forwarding: $5 per item plus postage (paid in advance)

We take care to handle your mail securely, but Aussie Mailbox accepts no responsibility for lost mail once forwarded.
